Taking Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Digital Medical Industry Park As An Example To Explore The Incubation And Service Model Of The Digital Medical Industry. 

With the rapid advancement of cutting-edge technologies such as informatization and artificial intelligence, the digital healthcare industry has entered a golden period of rapid development. As an important incubation carrier for cutting-edge technology enterprises, industrial parks undertake a series of supporting service functions during the early and middle growth stages of related enterprises. Taking Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Digital Healthcare Industrial Park as an example, focuses on digital healthcare industry and explores the industrial incubation and service model from the perspective of the spatial operator. By using the case study method, it delves into key issues such as the service content of the digital healthcare industry, influencing factors. The research shows that during the operation of industrial parks, focusing on targeted niche fields can more effectively provide industrial services for enterprises entering and incubating in the park, and can effectively promote the management and development of start-ups.
